After a shocking first elimination, the girls step up their game. As the tension mounts and catfights begin, alliances are made in the house between the women. Jay Manuel joins the final judges' panel, where America's Next Top Model is chosen.

The three remaining models struggle through a talk show correspondent challenge and receive an impromptu visit by Tyra that turns into a photo shoot. During another photo shoot, which includes a male model, the girls all struggle to remain composed with so much at stake and Ivan Bart, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of IMG Models, joins the judges' panel to help choose the final two models.

The four remaining girls taste the delicacies in Morocco and, during a difficult challenge where the girls must conduct a tea tray-balancing dance with a twist, one of the models loses her cool. At the photo shoot in the outdoor market, one of the girls tries to overcome feeling sick, while another loses her confidence. London based fashion designer Daniella Issa Helayel joins the judges' panel to help choose the final three models.

The remaining models arrive in Marrakesh, Morroco, where they get to explore the city and enjoy the sights. During a challenge, one of the girls has a meltdown when none of the designer clothing fits her figure. At the photo shoot, one of the models is chastised for trying to direct the shoot, while another deals with body images issues that threaten her photos. Vogue Italia Editor-in-Chief Franca Sozzani joins the judges' panel to decide which girl will be eliminated and leaving Morocco.

Handbag and accessories designer Lana Marks joins the judges' panel to decide which girl will be eliminated.

At a shoot with photographer/judge Nigel Barker, the models wear fashions designed for Ford's "Warriors in Pink" campaign and compete to appear in a national print ad. The winner also gets a huge surprise, and the shoot ends with an angry confrontation between two of the models. Next, Miss J. takes the models on a field trip to Universal Studios for a VIP tour, where they are joined by Jay Manuel for a shoot with photographer Miguel Starcevich and "Gossip Girl" stylist Eric Damon. Daman joins the judges for an extra-dramatic panel, where one of the girls has a total meltdown.

Tyra helps the girls discover their individual "fashion archetypes," and gives them tips on how to deal with fame. After a challenge that involves meeting and interacting with the public at the Century City Mall, the winners get a dinner out with Miss Jay, while the loser has a bit of a meltdown. At the shoot with photographer Jonathan Mannion, the models pose wearing mud, and almost nothing else. Supermodel Sonia Dara joins the judges' panel to decide which girl will be eliminated.

The models face a unique challenge when they work as teams to write, direct and perform a commercial for a new line of CoverGirl cosmetics, all while dealing with emotional tension that leads one of the models to read the diary of another model. At the Los Angeles Zoo, the models wear a new line of faux fur clothes by stylist Rachel Zoe and pose with wild animals. Rachel Zoe also joins the judges panel to decide which girl will be eliminated.

The models are shocked to find that fire will be an element of their next runway challenge for designer Geoffrey Mac. Next, the models work in pairs to film a retro-style coffee commercial with photographer/director Francesco Carrozzini. The models spend a drama-filled day getting makeovers with top hair stylist Laurent D and fashion photographer Troy Jensen. After Tyra's nutritionist, Heather Bauer, tests the models" knowledge of healthy foods and gives them tips on "cheaties" they can use to improve their diet, two of the girls get into a verbal smackdown over a piece of chicken. With the help of acting coach Eugene Buica, Nigel challenges the girls to perform for the camera by getting in touch with their "inner critic." Photographer Mike Rosenthal and Jay Manuel take the models through a dramatic photo shoot with live bees, and one of the girls faces a personal crisis. Model and actress Alek Wek joins the judges to decide which girl will be eliminated.

The semi-finalists for Cycle 16 head to Los Angeles, where Jay Emanuel and Miss J. help Tyra Banks pull a surprise switcheroo before the 14 finalists are chosen and move into the Top Model penthouse. At a beautiful Malibu estate, the models meet model/designer Erin Wasson and learn to walk a narrow runway - in a plastic bubble! Top fashion photographer Russell James is on hand for a backstage photo shoot. The girls head to Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills for this week's photo shoot with legendary fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier. The girls are joined by maa male model as they strut down Rodeo while posing in clothing hand-picked for them by fashion stylist Lori Goldstein. The models are called to duty with Miss J and the New York City Fire Department where the girls strut their stuff and show off their quick-change skills. Next up is a runway show with the designer Tuleh. Cycle eight winner Jaslene Gonzalez makes a surprise appearance as a judge for this challenge and hurts one of the models' feelings with her harsh critique. The show wraps up with a photo shoot in the meat-packing industry that not only has the girls posing with racks of meat, but wearing it as well.

Elle Macpherson surprises the girls at a photo shoot and they model her new lingerie line after getting makeovers. Tyra decides the look for each girl but not everyone agrees with her decisions. Meanwhile, tension flares in the house between Fatima and Allison.

The girls check out their new apartment in New York City and admire the humanitarian theme behind this year's loft. Once everyone is settled, Jay Manuel and Miss J take the girls to Times Square for an impromptu Badgley Mischa fashion show. While some ace the runway, others leave Miss J appalled. Paulina Porizkova is introduced as the new judge and gives the girls some honest and harsh criticism. One model stuns the judges with her revelation.

In the cycle 10 premiere, 30 girls enter Top Model Prep with instructors Jay Manuel and J. Alexander and quickly begin their modeling education. Assignments include showing off their runway strut in a hallway, posing for their class photo and a brief conference with the judges. When all the tasks are completed, the girls learn if they have passed or failed. After careful consideration, Tyra Banks feels that 13 girls aren't enough to join her in New York City, she makes a surprise announcement by increasing the total number of Top Model Prep graduates. Fourteen girls get the chance to prove they have what it takes to become America's Next Top Model.

The ninth season finishes with the last three contestants shooting a cosmetics commercial. Then, one is sent home and and the final two compete in a runway show is Beijing. The judges then choose the winner.

The girls learn some Chinese history from J. Alexander and Twiggy and move into their new Beijing home. During a shopping challenge the models must change a traditional Chinese dress into their own style by purchasing accessories at a local mall. One model gives another bad advice. Later the girls participate in a warrior-themed photo shoot photographed by Tyra Banks.

The remaining five models are sent on designer go-sees in Shanghai. Some girls get the designers' praise while others do not impress and one model loses her way. Later, the models are photographed by Nigel Barker and must stand out in a crowd of Chinese costume dragons and lions.

When the models arrive in China they are introduced to their new penthouse suite, and one model who is left without a place to sleep becomes very upset. Meanwhile, the models get a lesson on body movement by a martial arts expert and are challenge to perfect the poses while in mid-air on high wires. One model who is terrified of heights has a hard time. Later, the girls must let their personality shine through in a Cover Girl photo shoot and commercial.

The models go to FIDM and are paired with a student designer to be their creative muse to design a dress. The next day, models have to work the runway in a fashion show and talk about the custom made dress they're wearing. In the house, one model gets fed up with being bullied by the other girls. Later, the girls are sent to the desert where they participate in a photo shoot with a burning car.

Tyra surprises the girls and gives them an in-depth lesson about how to model in front of a moving camera. One model continues to get jealous and be very critical of her competition. Later, the girls are greeted by music video director Jesse Terrero and find out that they are going to participate in a music video with Enrique Iglesias. During the shoot one model from exhaustion collapses.

Later, Tyra talks to the girls about body image and Bianca runs into a glass door and hurts her lip. Later, the girls participate in a challenge where they have to pose in the air while being hoisted up by an ice skater in the rink and when the challenge winner is announced some girls become jealous. Finally, the girls participate in a photo shoot on top of a building where they must pose as fashion gargoyles.

Tyra gives the girls a sneak peak at their makeovers at a Beverly Hills salon. Most of the models get dramatic makeovers, but one is driven to the breaking point when she has to cut off all her hair. Later, the girls participate in a runway challenge and "pose-off" in a jungle photo shoot. The judges send one model home.

J. Alexander shocks the girls with a scary lesson on perfecting their runway walk while wearing straightjackets. The models help one girl with her image, while two competitors get into a heated argument. After a couture runway challenge sends one girl to Paris, the girls are left hanging in the air for an edgy fashion photo shoot on a rock-climbing wall. The judges send one model home.

Jay Manuel meets the models and introduces them to their new "green" form of transportation. The models move into their environmentally friendly Los Angeles mansion and get a lesson of style from J.Alexander. Two girls start an early feud that erupts, and one model has a hard time relating to the others. Later, the models participate in a style challenge and perform a photo shoot of the negative effects of smoking. The judges send one model home.

Thirty-three aspiring models board a Caribbean cruise ship and are immediately greeted by their cruise director, J. Alexander. The final four models visit with Aboriginal teachers for a lesson on self expression and storytelling. At the photo shoot, each girl expresses themselves through Aboriginal dance, wearing traditional clothing and body paint. One girl complains bitterly about dancing while another embraces it. At elimination, Tyra asks each model who they think has the most potential, and things get heated when one model is verbally attacked. The judges send one girl home.

The five remaining models are sent on "go sees" to top Australian designers and must use their personality, portfolio and runway walk to impress them. The girls get a tough lesson about what to wear and what not to wear by two fashion mavens. Next, the models must work in groups to create a department store display using themselves as mannequins. Alexander and celebrity hairstylist Neeko transform the models with unbelievable makeovers; one model's makeover changes twice while another's new look is painful. Later, a call from home devastates one of the girls and a nude candy-coated photo shoot leaves one model very nervous.

The final 13 move into their extravagant Hollywood Hills mansion and are whisked away to their first photo shoot with Nigel Barker. The last three models standing must be on point for the most important commercial and photo shoot yet. Later, the girls have to rock a catwalk suspended over water, but one girl's sickness lands her in the hospital. One model is eliminated.

Tyra makes a surprise visit to the house to announce that the girls will be getting makeovers by beauty guru Frederic Fekkai. One girl has a meltdown over her new haircut but they all must use their new looks to compete in a fast-paced makeup challenge that is judged by Queen Latifah. One model returns to the house a sore loser and causes a fight that amps up the competition for a "hair wars" photo shoot. One model is eliminated. Special guests include Queen Latifah, photographer & guest judge Tracy Bayne, and hairstylist Frederic Fekkai.

The final thirteen participate in their first challenge, and one model is eliminated.

In Los Angeles, Tyra Banks, Jay Manuel and J. Alexander narrow down thousands of aspiring models to 33 semi-finalists. The group is put to work right away to partake in a revealing photo shoot on a Sunset Strip rooftop. The models move into their stunning new house and drama immediately unfolds as 13 girls vie for 11 beds. Later, Tyra's dramatic appearance kicks off a controversial photo shoot. One of the 13 models is eliminated. Special guests include "Swirl Twins" Ron and Richard Harris, and photographers Bryan Lynn and Don & Bronson.

In Bangkok, the three remaining models face-off and struggle to deliver their lines and best poses for a CoverGirl commercial and photo shoot, and after the challenge one girl is eliminated on the sixth-cycle finale of AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL.

The final four models meet Thai designer Pichita Rucksajit who sends them on a challenge to travel via "tuk tuk" (Thai taxis) to meet and impress local designers; after which the girls fly to Phuket where Tyra talks about the Tsunami to remind them of the importance of respecting local history and culture when modeling internationally.

The girls are now in Thailand and must learn classic Thai dance moves, and make a beautiful picture at the same time. Then they are taken to the middle of a jungle, and must pose on top of an elephant. Also, one of the girls are rushed to the E.R.

After a coaching session with supermodel Janice Dickinson and Cycle 5 competitor Lisa D'Amato, the models participate in a quick-change photo shoot representing all four seasons and a second photo shoot that symbolizes their career goals.

This episode featured the eleven remaining contestants practicing the runway. Like contestants from past cycles, several girls tripped or fell during the challenge and during an impromptu Vivienne Westwood style runway challenge at judging. The girls had to do a runway with cockroaches for Jared Gold's spring collection. Gina was very afraid to do the challenge and with Jade knowing this she tried to tell Gina to kiss it making Gina afraid and screeching. Jade Cole was praised for kissing the roach at the end of the runway. For the photoshoot, the girls had to take a photo while falling and were posed as a character from a popular fairy tale.

Alexander and salon owners Joel Warren and Edward Tricomi transform the models with unbelievable makeovers; and the participants are challenged to show off their personal style by celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe and Cycle 4 Winner Naima Mora, who give the girls the opportunity to win a $5,000 shopping spree at Los Angeles boutique, Nanette Lepore, and then head off to a photo shoot where they pose with ice sculptures.

The two-hour premiere episode devoted an hour to narrowing 32 contestants to 13 finalists, and the second hour featured the first photo shoot and elimination. As the girls moved into their house in Los Angeles, the oldest contestant, 26-year-old Jade, claimed she was "the undiscovered supermodel" and declared herself front runner of the competition. The bedroom themes for this cycle were Twiggy, Janice Dickinson, Christie Brinkley, Iman and a room themed of past contestants of America's Next Top Model. The girls were led to believe that they would all be shaved bald as a way to level the competition for the photo shoot, when in fact they were fitted with skull caps and posed wearing Swarovski crystals in an array of mannequin heads. Seen lacking in potential, the self-described hillbilly from Brevard, North Carolina, Kathy was eliminated over Furonda, (whose photo was the worst in the group) because the judges felt that she looked lost in her photo.

After 32 aspiring models arrive in Pasadena, Calif., to face host Tyra Banks, art director of photo shoots Jay Manuel and runway expert J. Alexander, the field quickly narrows to 13 finalists, however, the finalists are given little time to settle into their posh new mansion in Los Angeles before Jay Manuel reveals in a jaw-dropping announcement that they will be bald for their first photo shoot.

The girls hold nothing back as they discuss a range of topics, including Ashley's recent engagement and how her life has been affected after Hurricane Wilma ripped through her home in Florida; how Cassandra has dealt with her short hair; and the winner's future plans as she embarks on a new career as AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL. Meanwhile, Tyra Banks sends the ladies to be evaluated by some of New York's top fashion designers, including Nicole Miller, Cynthia Rowley, Diane von Furstenberg, Nanette Lepore, and Marc Bouwer, but the appointments turn into a disaster for some after they get lost trying to help one model buy shoes.

Tyra invites plus-size supermodel Kate Dillion and a nutritionist over to the loft to discuss with the girls about healthy eating and positive body image. The next morning, the girls are taken to an obstacle course and later are told to climb up 14 flights of stairs. The photoshoot is for an energy drink, and the girls have to jump on a trampoline.

The ladies learn the nuances of sexy posing from none other than sassy supermodel Janice Dickinson and later are challenged to pose while wearing revealing lingerie in a New York City storefront window as passersby look on; meanwhile, after a few rounds of heated competition, one model's confidence is so shaken that she can't look herself in the mirror without bursting into tears.

When the girls are challenged to star in a glamorous runway fashion show for famous designers Heatherette, one model has trouble staying in her outfit, another has trouble staying on the runway and one model's success on the catwalk stirs up jealously from the others that builds and explodes into confrontation. Later, believing one of her housemates is stealing, a crafty competitor sets a trap in hopes of catching the alleged thief red-handed.

Tyra and Jay Manuel give the aspiring models dramatic makeovers at an upscale New York City salon, and after confiding to one of her housemates that she has an eating disorder, one of the girls gets a harsh lesson in trust and competition when she discovers that her secret has spread through the house.

Supermodel Tyra Banks takes the 14 new ladies to a rooftop in New York City to spring the good news that they will immediately be heading to Jamaica for a sexy swimsuit shoot; but when the girls arrive at this tropical paradise, they are shocked to learn that one will be eliminated before the trip's end.

The semifinalists meet in LA and have a pool party to celebrate making it that far. Deciding to have a bit more fun, some of the girls trek out to a local hotspot where one semifinalist gets into a bar fight with a local. Later on, the girls introduce themselves more to the judges and a cut is announced where 14 out of the 34 girls are eliminated. A second cut eliminates 6 more girls and the Final 14 are presented.

It's a hair-raising experience for the girls as they get their makeovers. One girl cries over the loss of her hair, while many other find better used for their eyes. The photo shoot leads to a major rise in emotions for many of the girls.

With Anna gone the girls settle in and life gets interesting as Yoanna and Camille start to strike sparks off each other. The girls have been told to work on their walk on the runway. A day with J. Alexander might be what they need. J. is considered one of the best instructors of the model walk. The photo shot involved some pretty fancy shoes and many hard choices for the girls.

The girls meet for the first time as they are picked up and driven around town in a bus, first impressions are made. Their first stop is an aircraft carrier docked in New York habor. Tyra imediately throws them in a stressful situation, they are to preform a fashion show without any prompting in front of a group of marines.

After returning from Paris, the girls resume living in the Flatotel, learning more about go-sees and auditioning for fashion shows. Baby Phat productions, created by Kimora, is holding auditions for their up and coming show and the girls try out. The remaining girls will work it with the top models in the biz at the Baby Phat fashion show during NYC's fashion week.

The four remaining girls bare it all at a risque photoshoot. Two of the girls fail to provail, while 2 end up on top. Then the girls get tested on there social skills. Some show too much, and some, no where near enough.

The girls head for Wilhelmina where they are told they have to go on go-sees. While there, the girls are surprised with a trip to Paris. When the girls arrive in Paris, Robin proves she's full of hot air.

That evening after everyone had finished their shoots for the day Tyra took them out to dinner. The next morning Adrianne woke up and was so sick. She felt hot, shaky, and was throwing up. While at the emergency room, doctors found she had food poisoning. The judges were impressed when Adrianne walked into judging that night wrapped in a blanket looking pale.

The remaining girls have to learn to walk down a fashion runway. The fashion shoot is one for Stuff men's magazine where the girls pose in swimsuits in front of glass with water sliding down.

The girls are left high and dry for their first ever photo shoot, only to discover some painful facts about modelling. One girl goes home with less than she started with.
