Ivo gets straight in to trying some local fishy delicacies, before the trio head to Essex's 350 mile coastline for a seal-spotting boat-trip, in hope of seeing some orange sunbathers of a different kind. Darren and Fern discover the roots of the ‘Essex Girl' stereotype.
