Shorty and his crew are visited by a father and son from California who wish to rebuild the family's 1966 Chevrolet SS Impala Convertible - a vehicle with extremely special meaning. The 1966 Impala was the vehicle that brought the father and mother together, the latter of whom is bravely struggling with cancer back in California. The result of the newly restored Impala from Shorty's represents both the joy of the past and hope for the future.
