Chris finds Sacramento homeowners who are desperate to overhaul their terribly overgrown messy back yard. They want a space with a Hawaiian vibe where they can cook and dine among tropical foliage. Chris steps up and delivers a space that includes a new deck with boardwalk leading out to a step up concrete patio with a beautiful hanging rock water feature. In addition, Chris adds a large outdoor kitchen with grill and prep space that is all faced with bamboo. Lush flowers are added to complete the Hawaiian entertaining space.

These homeowners are huge music lovers and former band members, so Chris and his team incorporated into their backyard a unique vinyl record bar countertop with beer dispenser, stained the existing concrete and opened up their patio by removing some of their dilapidated overhang cover.
